Entering her 12th year of combined event experience, Cynthia felt in her element when being exposed to Platinum Style Weddings, Elaborate social events, extravagant Celebrity Celebrations and Galas under the supervision of Ricardo Luna of Luna Gardens back in 2012. The ambiance continued to resonate and created an inspirational drive that Cynthia continues to share with her clients. Assisting Production and Coordination of events from an intimate setting to a mass scale without a doubt F.A.T.E. is capable of creating and coordinating your next celebration of any size. After obtaining her certificate in Event Management at University of La Verne she knew she had to carefully select a team that would understand the importance and quality for the company on all fronts. Cynthia says she is nothing without her team, especially on days when we have multiple events. Combining experience of Hospitality, Business management, HR and Coaching Volleyball will reflect how she handles all the pressures and crisis management for any event, scenario or issue. Cynthia Continues to research and be inspired by expanding her horizons to all avenues. Cynthia has ventured in the Fashion industry, Entertainment and Public Relations to continue enhancing ways she can better serve her client. networking with vendors of all backgrounds and venues to stay on the rise and strive to provide the right fit for her clients. Cynthia is Creative, fun and will embrace all elements of the event. The abilities to multi task, transfer from one setting to another and handle all personalities makes Cynthia ready for anything.  She is up for any challenge and if there's a will there is way. Cynthia's reputation of curiosity has collectively gathered friendships, partnerships and elevated experience. 2024 will mark 10 year servicing clients of all celebrations.

Ivan’s 10 years of experience in Fashion Production (NYFW, Style Fashion Week )

Has given him a number of abilities that include: Great communication, the gift to wear many hats at once, think quick for a solution, while catering to hundreds of personalities at once. When he is in a fast paced environment he is a diamond under pressure. His knowledge of hospitality and objective for any event shines through the reputation with other vendors. He will set priorities to delegate when needed and keeps his positive attitude and demeanor when doing so.  Organizational and interpersonal skills. He's definitely the team player you want at your event, this is what makes him a great addition to this team. His love for the wedding and event stress created this diamond under pressure. Ivan has been part of the FATE team since 2015. Couples, clients and vendors love his charm. 

 Georgina is very familiar with a fast pace and high pressure environment and problem solving on the spot. With 10 years of experience in the fashion industry, She has gained the skills to take on any problem thrown at her. Spreading pixie dust wherever she roams her imagineering attitude and experience with Disneyland parks give it the fairy godmother touch. Her knowledge began in the fast paced world of fashion runway shows as a simple dresser and shortly grew into the backstage director of LA and NY fashion week. It started a love of running events and working with unique vendors that were masters in their fields and building trust and relationships that are essential in the event world. Joining FATE in 2015, Georgina entered the world of weddings and furthered the love and challenge of pulling off the perfect event or wedding. Using her skills of dealing with high pressure situations and problem solving, she overcame any problem that crossed her path. She's had the sew brides into their dresses, make boutonniere on the spot, wrangle unruly groomsmen, and set out too many mercury tealight candle holders to count. Georgina understands that no two couples are alike and neither are two weddings. She's an expert in situational leadership in guiding her team and vendors to pull off a truly memorable day. We love having Georgina on the FATE TEAM. 

Juana is a Fashion Merchandising graduate from Cal State Long Beach pursuing a career in event production. When Juana joined the team in 2017, she was on the hunt to work in event production. Having dabbled into different parts of the fashion industry such as styling, sales representative, fashion show production but nothing has called her attention more than all the roles  in event production. Given all the tasks she can handle at once and assisting productions of over 3,000 guests or more being part of FATE would be a no brainer. Juana says "Weddings are especially significant because you get to develop a one-on-one connection with the couple.
